I cannot speak highly enough of Brad and the work he put in to help me buy a home. I was in a very difficult situation and timing was crucial. Not only did he keep up with me (which is hard to do), he did it with a smile and a determination I applaud.

Brad and I looked at close to 15 homes and stayed in constant communication during our 3-month sprint of a house-hunt. When I finally picked my house, I just told him to 'make it happen', and he did!

But Brad is more than the realtor that helped me buy the house. I still use Brad, to this day, for his amazing depth of knowledge, references, and his contacts, especially with fixes and repairs identified during the inspection. Whether it was rewiring an old circuit breaker or an emergency plumber to fix a leak in the middle of the yard.

The trust and professional relationship that I have put in Brad has been rewarding, that I will certainly use him (and pull him out of retirement if I have to) to ever buy or sell another home.
