The market in Dallas, Texas is extremely competitive, and my wife and I were moving from Washington D.C. Consequently, we had to pack seeing a lot of houses in a lot of neighborhoods into a couple weekend trips.

After Brad met with us and spent a couple hours talking about what we wanted in a house, and where we wanted it, Brad started sending us listings to look at and we also found a number of listings on Zillow we wanted to look at that we sent to Brad.

Then we flew to Texas for the weekend to look at all these houses. Brad showed up with MLS listings for every property we wanted to look at, and with appointments already made at every house, with the most efficient route planned to get to each one. We were seeing houses in a 20 mile square box--from Carrolton all the way to McKinney, TX! (A huge area to cover!)

On another trip, we found a house that wasn't even listed yet--it had a "coming soon" sign in front of it. Our weekend trip was almost over, and we called Brad because we wanted to see this house since we'd be gone after it listed. 45 minutes later, Brad is there at the house with the keys--and that included a 30 minutes drive from his office. And that kind of results for an unlisted house!

Brad was very helpful throughout each and every home tour, reminding us to stay on point with what we wanted in the neighborhood and in the home, and pointing out defects we missed (and I worked in residential construction and remodeling for 15 years!).

Once we found our home, Brad expertly guided us through the process of home inspection and negotiations on our offer and on the non-realty items we wanted to buy with the house.

From offer to keys in our hands was 21 days!

In the end, we got the house we wanted, and we got it done with no hassle. I can't recommend Brad highly enough, and I do recommend him to everyone I know who wants to buy or sell a house in the Dallas area.Less
