My house needed a lot of work upfront before putting it on the market and I did not have the time to do the work or look for people to do the work for me. Brad not only made the necessary calls to line up the contractors, he also kept up with them to make sure they finished on time and delivered the work I hired them to complete. This was a huge load of my back and off my mind.

Brad help me buy and sell this home. He was always professional and down to earth. He never spoke over my head and made sure I had all the facts. I cannot speak highly enough of Brad and the work he put in to help me buy a home. I was in a very difficult situation and timing was crucial. Not only did he keep up with me (which is hard to do), he did it with a smile and a determination I applaud.

Brad and I looked at close to 15 homes and stayed in constant communication during our 3-month sprint of a house-hunt. When I finally picked my house, I just told him to 'make it happen', and he did!

My wife and I have used brad to buy 3 houses and sell 2. If you're looking for a realtor that will fight for you, is honest, won't pressure you to buy a house, is willing to get dirty to make sure your home is in good condition, and listens to what you want, hen Brad is your man. When we bought our first home, even though it was new, Brad climes up into the attic on an extremely hot summer day just to check on the A/C unit to make sure he didn't see anything concerning. When driving through neighborhoods, if we said no, he wouldn't push us to go see the house. He is truly on your side.

We also rented out our first home when we had to move out of state. He quickly found a well qualified renter, kept me up to date on any issues, and would check in just to say everything was fine. I was extremely comfortable being out of state with him managing our property.

Let me just tell you how impressed we were with Brad. Brad knows his stuff and he is exceptionally great at what he does. He went above and beyond our expectations and made the process of buying and selling our house easy and stress free. He was always available to talk to us and answered all of our questions. He helped us make our house "move in ready" so it would sell quickly. He knows the market very well due to his experience and did a great job helping us pick the perfect asking price so we could get the most out of our investment and sell fast. I really hope we never move but if we do Brad will be the first one we call. I can't say enough great things about him but one things is true, he doesn't treat you like a client, he treats you like family

Brad is excellent. With 20 years of experience in the Dallas area and house in Carrollton himself, Brad knows the area and he made our home buying process seamless. If you don't have time for a long review, just stop here and go with Brad--you won't regret it!

The market in Dallas, Texas is extremely competitive, and my wife and I were moving from Washington D.C. Consequently, we had to pack seeing a lot of houses in a lot of neighborhoods into a couple weekend trips.

After Brad met with us and spent a couple hours talking about what we wanted in a house, and where we wanted it, Brad started sending us listings to look at and we also found a number of listings on Zillow we wanted to look at that we sent to Brad.

Then we flew to Texas for the weekend to look at all these houses. Brad showed up with MLS listings for every property we wanted to look at, and with appointments already made at every house, with the most efficient route planned to get to each one. We were seeing houses in a 20 mile square box--from Carrolton all the way to McKinney, TX! (A huge area to cover!)

On another trip, we found a house that wasn't even listed yet--it had a "coming soon" sign in front of it. Our weekend trip was almost over, and we called Brad because we wanted to see this house since we'd be gone after it listed. 45 minutes later, Brad is there at the house with the keys--and that included a 30 minutes drive from his office. And that kind of results for an unlisted house!

Brad was very helpful throughout each and every home tour, reminding us to stay on point with what we wanted in the neighborhood and in the home, and pointing out defects we missed (and I worked in residential construction and remodeling for 15 years!).

Once we found our home, Brad expertly guided us through the process of home inspection and negotiations on our offer and on the non-realty items we wanted to buy with the house.

From offer to keys in our hands was 21 days!

In the end, we got the house we wanted, and we got it done with no hassle. I can't recommend Brad highly enough, and I do recommend him to everyone I know who wants to buy or sell a house in the Dallas area.Less
